GERAJ VA COMPANY provides an automated AI Voice Agent Assistant solution tailored for the real estate industry. The primary function of this service is to capture inbound missed calls to real estate professionals and provide immediate, automated SMS responses containing property data, listing availability, and scheduling links. This service is designed solely for transactional and customer support purposes initiated by the end-user's inbound inquiry.

3. SMS COMMUNICATION & COMPLIANCE (A2P 10DLC)

By providing your mobile number and opting in through our verified web forms, you provide express written consent to receive automated text messages from GERAJ VA COMPANY.

  • Program Description: Messages include real estate listing information, appointment confirmations, and follow-up scheduling related to your specific inquiry.

  • Non-Condition of Purchase: Consent to receive automated text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service agreement.

  • Message Frequency: The frequency of messages is recurring and varies based on your level of interaction and the number of inquiries placed.
